Overview

Procurement, logistics and supply chain management are three sides of the same job: getting the right goods to the right place, at the right cost and the right time. This programme brings them together in one practical qualification for people already working in, or moving into, these roles.

You will learn how to plan purchases, select and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, control inventory and organise transport and warehousing, and how all of these decisions affect cost, service and risk across the supply chain.

  • Covers procurement, logistics and supply chain in one programme
  • Weekend classes with online sessions for working professionals
  • Case studies from Sri Lankan manufacturing, retail and import businesses
  • Final project based on your own organisation
