Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for CIPC Campus programme fees paid online.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Purpose of This Policy

CIPC Campus understands that circumstances may change after a student registers for a programme. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how requests to cancel enrolment, withdraw from a programme, or obtain a refund of eligible payments are handled.

The applicable refund outcome may depend on the programme, payment arrangement, timing of the request, services already provided, and any specific terms communicated at enrolment.

2. Scope

This policy applies to payments made directly to CIPC Campus for eligible educational programmes, courses, registrations, and related services.

Where a separate written agreement or programme-specific refund arrangement applies, the relevant terms will be considered alongside this policy and applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer rights.

3. Requesting a Cancellation or Withdrawal

Students who wish to cancel their registration or withdraw from a programme should submit a written request through the official CIPC Campus contact channels.

Please include:

  • Full name and student ID, if available.
  • Programme or course name.
  • Date of registration.
  • Payment amount and payment date.
  • Payment receipt or transaction reference.
  • Reason for the cancellation or withdrawal request.

Submitting a request does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be assessed individually, taking into consideration the following circumstances.

Cancellation Before the Programme Begins

Requests submitted before the scheduled commencement date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the published programme terms, any applicable non-refundable charges, services already provided, and legal requirements.

Cancellation After the Programme Begins

Where teaching, course materials, assessments, or other services have already been provided, the refund amount may depend on the services delivered, the applicable programme agreement, and mandatory legal requirements.

Programme Cancellation by CIPC Campus

If CIPC Campus cancels a programme and cannot provide an agreed alternative, affected students will be informed of the available options, including any refund to which they are entitled.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Verified duplicate payments or payments made in error will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate, subject to verification and applicable payment-provider procedures.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests arising from serious illness or other exceptional circumstances may be considered individually. Supporting documentation may be requested where reasonably necessary and lawful.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges may be non-refundable only where this has been clearly disclosed, is permitted by applicable law, and is consistent with the relevant programme agreement.

No charge will be treated as non-refundable solely because it is labelled that way if applicable law requires otherwise.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved:

  1. CIPC Campus will communicate the decision and applicable refund amount.
  2. The original payment details and transaction will be verified.
  3. The refund will generally be arranged through the original payment method where feasible and appropriate.
  4. If an alternative method is necessary, further verification may be required.
  5. The student will be notified when the refund has been processed.

Processing time: Insert CIPC Campus's verified refund-processing timeframe. Actual receipt of funds may also depend on the bank or payment provider.

7. Payment Provider Charges

Any transaction, cancellation, or payment-processing charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment-provider terms and relevant law. Any amount deducted from an eligible refund must have a lawful and clearly disclosed basis.

8. Refund Requests That Cannot Be Approved

If a request is declined in whole or in part, CIPC Campus will communicate the decision and the applicable reason, subject to any legal requirements concerning such explanations.

Students may contact the institution to request a review or clarification.

9. How to Submit a Refund Request

Please contact CIPC Campus using the official contact details on our website.

Include the subject line “Refund Request – [Programme Name]” and provide the details listed in Section 3.
